Where your information goes
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores your request, and provides a security check to help prevent spam. SMTP2GO sends the request to our support mailbox and a confirmation to your email address. Authorized support staff use your details to help locate your photos.
How long it stays on this website
Saved requests are removed from the website’s active database 30 days after all required emails have been accepted by the email provider. Requests with failed or pending email delivery are kept for recovery and require staff review. Copies in support mailboxes, email-provider records, and backups follow their separate retention policies.
Security and cookies
The site uses an essential security cookie and Cloudflare’s verification service. We do not use advertising trackers. Brief, pseudonymous request counters help limit abuse.
